Three surgeries for better appearance of breasts
Beautiful breasts attract men’s attention, they cause sighs, but they also cause envy of the environment. Whether they lost their beauty after breast-feeding or they did not develop nicely or enough, modern aesthetic surgery can bring them into desired condition. These are the three surgeries that we most often perform and that drastically improve appearance of breasts.
- Breast enlargement. Until around 30 year ago, besides using bras with pads, girls with small breasts couldn’t do much about their appearance. Today modern medicine reached a level where every woman can be offered appearance she desires, whether it is breast enlargement for one, two or…four sizes. Also, women can choose shape of breasts, thus they can be round (these are highly appreciated in America) or tear drop-like, which are very hard to recognize, even on the beach. Modern surgical techniques and changes in implant texture decreased frequency of capsule contracture and made this surgery more popular. - Breast lifting. There are women who are perfectly satisfied with their breast size, but with whom pregnancy, breast feeding and time had such effect that their breasts became loosened and lost that perfect shape that once adorned them. This surgery does not reduce breasts, sometimes it even enlarges them, but it lifts and tightens them, bringing them back their nice conical shape. Truthfully, that shape in the beginning appears little strange and unnatural, but already within a few months everything “falls back” in its place. One of breast lifting surgeries is often performed together with breast enlargement, when they are both enlarged and lifted during one surgery.
- Breast reduction. Sometimes even naturally big breasts may represent a burden. In the beginning it is usually matter of recreation, which is later accompanied with back pain, cuts of bra straps on clavicles, and sometimes even curvature of the spine. Naturally big breasts become, especially after breast feeding, stretched and lowered, and breast reduction always implies not only reduced amounts of tissue, but also lifting and reshaping of breasts. New surgical techniques produce beautiful breast shape on a long run, at the expense of relatively small vertical scar which goes from the nipple downwards. Breast reduction makes women feel better in their bodies; almost in the same way as enlargement does and patients are very satisfied with their new appearance.
I often remember the situation when two patients shared one room. One who wanted to enlarge and the other who wanted to reduce breasts. They were saying to each other before the surgery:”Lucky you! Everyone looks at you on the beach” and “NO! Lucky you! You can run, you don’t have back pain, you don’t wear a bra!” After the surgery they just smiled and watched how their new breasts looked. I know that they even continued to see each other and became friends, obviously satisfied with their new look.

Imala sam dve drugarice koje su radile operacije smanjenja grudi; verujte da do tada pojma nisam imala koji to može biti problem :(, nisu nikad pričale o bolu u leđima, ojedu ispod dojki, sto čuda.
Operisale su se kao mlade žene, i verujte da su više nego zadovoljne i danas, 25 i više godina kasnije.
