Lip filling – how to make lips beautiful
If you ever felt unhappy or insecure because of your appearance, you probably dreamt about miraculous solution. Plastic surgery often makes those miracles by changing face or body appearance. From breast enlargement to liposuction, aesthetic surgeon is capable to improve appearance and beautify every part of the body, and one of the most popular procedures is lip filling. I will advise you on what you should know before you decide to do it.
Lip filling is aesthetic procedure during which plastic surgeon injects special substances, “fillers” and achieves more beautiful, fuller lip shape.
Upper and lower lip are considered and corrected separately, even with a different technique, and results that aesthetic surgeons achieve in lip filling are that good, that other doctors, and lately even dentists (!), with smaller or bigger success, started to perform lip corrections.
Aesthetically we consider that upper and lower lip should be in 40:60 to 50:50 proportion. Easiest way is that you take a photo and measure height of each lip and determin yourself how much would you fill each of them. Of course, there is no strong criteria for ideal lips, but each face should be completely analysed and it should be determined how much and in which segment should each lip be filled in order to look beautiful.
Technically, it is important that your aesthetic surgeon injects thin lines or even small dots at precisely determined depth of a tissue so that the final result is as best as possible. Making of lakes from fillers is a procedure that leads to occurance of irregular lips. You should ask you surgeon to explain to you how and using what technique will he/she perform correction of your lips and keep report on this for yourself. This will significantly faciliate next correction, if at one point you decide to change appearance of your lips.
I often have patients who come to me with photos of celebrities and wish to have lips just liek those in photos. This is not mission impossible. On the contrary, since these are usually oversized lips it is quite easy to reproduce the same.
But… there is always a BUT… During movement, lips with high amount of fillers always reveal zones that do not move, and the filler becomes visible and easy to “detect”.
This is the reson why I always suggest to my patients to do the first phase with smaller amount, usually 1 to 2 ml of filler, and if it is necessary, to repeat treatment after two or three weeks. If you don’t like the above-mentioned and you want desired appearance right away, and not in few weeks, this is not a problem and lips can be filled with greater amount of filler. You must be careful then, because the line between sensual and beautiful lips that people admire (or envy you) and “plastic” ones that may become a laughing stock is fine one.

Ja ne koristim trajne preparate, video sam mnogo loših rezultata radjenih silikonom, metakrilom, aquamidom da , zbog pacijenata, koristim samo hijaluronsku kiselinu.
Naročito kad sam pročitao Vaše navike potpuno sam siguran da ne bisme smeli koristiti trajne filere.
